Papillon Bleu
Papillon Bleu is a British company which was founded by partners Vanessa Barker and David Robertson in 2006. The brand has enjoyed success, and the luxury resort wear can be found in top notch department stores and boutiques all the way from Printemps Hausman in Paris to the Sandy Lane resort in Barbados.
Specialising in kaftans, many designs are enhanced by skilled craftsment and artisands using beading, sequins and genuine Swarovski crystals. Some have even been embellished with coral, shells, floral appliqués and aquamarine jewels.
Papillon Bleu make kaftans in a wide range of styles, using their own exclusive printed material, which are a celebration of style, fun, comfort and colour to offer women unique resort wear. The limited edition styles are limited to a production run of no more than 200 pieces per style, virtually guaranteeing exclusivity - no-one else will have one the same!
The Spring Summer 2010 collection from Papillon Bleu is called "Island Girl" and features kaftans and resort wear that can be worn seamlessly from daytime through to evening. All the items are in the range are created from 100% natural fibres, including luxurious linen, superior Chinese silk and the softest cottons available - and have been created to make women feel beautiful, relaxed and at ease with the world.
