Gwen Stefani lauched her own clothing line, L.A.M.B., in 2004, inspired by the unique and eclectic clothing that she wore on stage when she was performing as part of the band No Doubt. The stylist Andrea Lieberman introduced Gwen to haute couture clothing, which gave Stefani the idea of launching her own haute couture designer fashion label.
The L.A.M.B. clothing range takes its influences from a variety of sources, including the clothing worn in countries including Japan, Guatemala and Jamaica.
L.A.M.B. is an acronym for Love, Angel, Music, Baby. Gwen first came up with the name "Lamb" for a cute pet dog that she had.
L.A.M.B. clothing has been popular and well received by celebs and A listers, notably being worn by stars including Mischa Barton, Teri Hatcher, Eva Longoria, Nicole Kidman, Nicky Hilton and of course, Gwen Stefani herself.
The L.A.M.B. brand has only recently been introduced to the UK and is only available at selected retailers. The two outlets below sell the clothes and the shoes respectively.
Both Designer Desirables and Javari are based in the UK. Designer Desirables offer international delivery, whilst Javari will deliver to the UK and EU. Javari also offer free delivery and free returns to UK residents.
