Nicole Farhi is one of Britain's leading fashion designers, and has been for nearly thirty years! Nicole Farhi helped Stephen Marks to found French Connection in 1970, before Stephen later helped Nicole to set up her own Nicole Farhi label in 1983.

Nicole's classic style combines easy but functional tailoring with luxurious and covetable separates and accessories, and she now has customers not only in the UK, but also in Europe, the US and Japan.

In 1987, Nicole introduced the Farhi brand. Recently relauched as "Farhi by Nicole Farhi", it is an easy to wear casual line, that creates the items every woman needs in a competent wardrobe.

In September 1994 Nicole Farhi opened her flagship store on London's New Bond Street, together with her first restaurant, Nicole's. She now has nine stores across the world, together with numerous concessions and showrooms.

In 2008, Nicole Farhi won a Lifetime Achievement prize at the First Women Awards - which recognises and rewards female "glass ceiling breakers" in business and public life
